An individual housing contract is a by-the-bed contract. This means your contract is only for your bedroom, not those of your roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time.
Our apartments near The University of Texas at Austin cater to students’ schedules. Housing contracts last for 12 installments and are valid from August until late July, so you can move in right before school starts.
The Mark Austin is less than a 10-minute walk to UT’s campus and several popular West Campus restaurants and shops.
We will have garage parking available to add to your lease on a first-come, first-serve basis! Residents have the option to reserve parking after signing their Housing Contract. Parking options cost an additional fee.
Your monthly payments for our UT Austin off campus housing will include trash removal, high-speed internet, cable TV, and access to all of our resort-style community amenities.
Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month. If these payments are received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th), they will be considered late. Paying your installment payments is simple you can drop off a check at our leasing office, or you can pay online using the resident portal.

The amount of bedrooms an apartment will have is based on the floor plan that is chosen. The Mark Austin offers a variety of layouts and bedroom options from studios to six-bedroom apartments, so that you can choose the floor plan that best suits your lifestyle needs.
Yes! Each of our apartments comes fully furnished, including a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand, and seating for dining. In addition, each bedroom comes fully furnished as well, including a mattress, bed frame, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser!
